GOYA-MOVE or "Get Off Your App and Move" is a kids digital health app or digital detoxification app for children that is needed by parents to control their kids activities of interacting with gadget and internet screens.
Just simple, children must walk or do movements according to the number of goals set by parents on GOYA-Move to be able to open the gadget screen again. Note Goya-Move just blocks screen time for interaction with phone apps services only, but it can still be done to receive messages or telephones (because this is an important need for parents to be able to communicate with their children)
This is not to punish but rather to encourage children to exercise and limit the time they interact with the screen. Or the point is "Move and get screen time reward"
