Heijmans One is a tiny home buiilt for one person. Its targeted group is millenials.
They're usually built in pairs or clusters to form some sort of "neighbourhood".
Heijmans ONE has a surface area of 38 square metres and is equipped with all necessary facilities, including a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, its own front door and outside patio. source

That is some excellent and efficient usage of space. This is a great solution to the increase in urban population. At the same time it is a great choice for anyone who want to move without much trouble. I'd love to see this company making homes to accommodate 2 or more people. They could make it modular and the moving will simply take more effort. Great Hunt! Resteemed.
I love the concept of Tiny Movable Home and with this house we can have our own home at our desired location no need to build the traditional homes. The house has all the needed facilities.

This is really an amazing structure with all necessities and amenities. Even in disastrous situations it can be a good alternative for affected areas.

A compact living space with all the amenities you require. this should help first time home buyers get onto the ladder and they don't look that bad either. Heijmans One is definitely going to make life easier if someone has a piece of land where they can build one of these.
I find the problem is local ordinances, not the construction.
If i was allowed, me and a friend would knock one of these together in a week.
There is nothing fancy too them.
But, you find that local codes require you to put in the same size septic system as a full house, and that is if they let you build something so small. They usually have minimum size requirements (to keep house prices up)
Very nice house, I really like this because of one of my friend are curious to know about how she live in single place like house while going at tour. Hopefully it gives us good price and quality system. Nice hunt!
