Desktop Metal is a 3D printer for metal's that is safe and capable of printing metal parts in the office.
The high-tech printer uses the same process as other 3D printers, Instead of plastic being extruded Desktop Metal uses extrusion techniques to bind metal powder into a polymer matrix, extrude it, and then consolidate it in a furnace.

Went through all the videos and the product looks to be unique and first in its kind to allow mass production of metal parts. This is where future is going. I would even be interested, to buy one and start a manufacturing unit, if they will ship it to India.

Pretty cool. Having the ability to make creations out of metal in your home was once only a concept. This is something I would love to add to my man cave at some point in the future. Great hunt
