Augmented Reality with the biggest, creepiest and strangest bugs will now come into your apartment when you install this app. Learn all about these little creatures and experience them through AR like in real.
Activate 11 giant bugs: Hercules Beetle, Queen Alexandra's Bird Butterfly, Small Barrier Island Giant Nose, Japanese Giant Hornet, Giant Malaysian Shield Mantissa, Driver Ant, Goliath Bird-Eating Spider, Imperial Scorpion and more.
In the book iExplore - Bugs you will find the trigger pages to start the Augmented Reality Show with your Smarthpone or Tablet.

Children these days have a modern life in the city, so it is hard to get access to many different kinds of insects. Therefore, this experience of insects through AR would be good for children to be able to observe the movements of insects indirectly. Thank you for hunting a good AR app.
This will give you nightmares :)
Alien AR is creepier: https://steemhunt.com/@depot69/alien-book-with-ar-app-for-your-fight-for-survival-among-aliens
Sound interesting, science students or kids will love to explore this in the augmented reality world. That would be a lovely experience to see in the AR videos. 😃
Ibugs Ar will help kids to get awareness and explore bugs with the help of AR.I hope the app is gor educational purpose not for scaring kids.
Yeah... So creepy indeed.
AR tech is amazing. I bet children are gonna freak out watching this.
Great hunt.
Well, apart from the fun aspect, I really don't get if there is any other usefulness of this. Enlighten me if I'm wrong. This doesn't take anything away from the hunt though because it can constitute much fun for kids.
Hi @gentleshaid,
it won two award, it can't be that bad:
Awesome Hunt!
It looks quite weird but funny at the same time. It could be a great thing to implement Creepy Crawlies in photos. As I can seen in the photos I am sure it gonna be a great fun. Any pic will be alive even Dinosaur :grinning:
The iBugs AR is a fun great idea firstly not everybody lives in such locations where one would find such bugs, also many children love the creepy crawlies and so once you install the app you or your children will learn all about these little fascinating creatures, at the moment there are 11 giant bugs to pick from to can change their size and snap pics with them.
This is a very good proof of concept. In future AR apps like these could end up being the new fidget spinners. What the developers really need to do is aim for photorealism or at least better graphics. The current look is like that of a PS3 game at best. It could get harder to run on lower end devices with better visuals. But technology is improving fast. So it won't be much of an issue.
Adding some educational details about the bugs can be a nice extra feature.
This is excellent. We stock a huge range of these type of books with associated AR apps in our kids bookshop including this one and they are getting more and more popular. They are great for encouraging kids to read by bringing the subjects to life, especially the science and nature ones but my own personal favourite?.....
Thomas the Tank Engine AR...I might even post it as a hunt later!
Great to see these kids books getting some positive publicity and great hunt :-)
