Might seem like a gimmick, but anyone trying to rid the earth of plastic bottles has my attention…

Here’s what makes Oooh! awesome…

Could you imagine how much plastic a vending machine of water blobs at a big out door event, or theme park would save?! I’m super down with that… but would love to see a video of someone actually consuming this without making a huge mess.

Either way props for trying, even if this isn’t THE idea that saves the world, it’s SO important that we’re finding plant based bio degradable substitutes for plastic. Great job Ooho!

Pros:

i'd have a lot of fun with leaving these in places and recording peoples reaction to them
cuts down on waste
can we have alcohol ones in v2?
Biodegradable and saves energy.

Cons:

fake ooho made from wee and not the sea.

Pros:

Great idea
Environmentally friendly
Healthy

Cons:

The idea of biting of on a ball of water is not as appealing as it sounds
Better swallow it all rather than make a mess
Spit ooho on my screen.

That's what I mean about the logistics, I imagine once you bite into it it pops like a water baloon!? But how do you swallow it... ugh so many questions. I promise if I ever get my hands on one we'll make a user/drinker's guide haha

I’ve seen/heard this before. You can eat the membrane, it’s made from seaweed.

Most people will first go for pop it in their mouth but after that less enjoyable experience (mouth suddenly flooded) they will bite in it and suckle some water first. Then eat it.

The membrane can be flavored with pretty much anything. If it picks up, it’s also bound to create a whole new niche of cheap dispensers/holders, especially used as marketing tools. Imagine the fancy flavored waters handing these out as testers at festivals.

there are a lot of descriptive terms here that make me nervous, such as FLOODED, SUCKLE and MEMBRANE. hahaha but yes I totally get you- I personally like @teamhumble's alchoholic idea ;)
