A solar lighting device made up of only water and bleach! This is a great help for urban poor families around the world who cannot even afford decent lighting in their homes because of electricity costs.

Illac Diaz has devised a wonderful eco friendly solution to the problem of lack of electricity in many regions. He has improved the lives of hundreds of thousands in the developing world. Kids can read and do homework, mothers can cook and do chores, people are safer in their homes, there are far less accidental fires.
