Surgeries are a very sensitive matter and noting is too safe for too well trained when dealing with the insides of a patient's body. I'd still like more photo-realistic graphics to make the trainees feel like it's the real thing. But as long as the functionality is there, it can used to train surgeons aster and at a lower cost.

The simulator is also a great way for a trainee to have a lot of practice and become less nervous regarding the sensitive surgical procedures. I'm looking forward for more and more surgical sims in the future :)
