It's one of the best products ever for coders. It's a DAPP built on Blockstack API and everything is end to end encrypted with SHA-256 which is used by Bitcoin. You can store your data any data hub you want and share keys among those who you and to give access to. There is also the DECS Progressive Web Application to get access to your code snippets both online or offline.

No Platform Lockdowns

You can import and export your code snippets all you like anytime you like. If you don't like the service, you can switch right after. You can even transfer your gists from GitHub / Bitbucket to DECS and you can orgaize your codes really well using the great UI/UX provided.
