There are many great mindfulness apps such as Headspace and Insight Timer. The biggest problem has always been having access to mindfulness when you need it - this is where B comes in.
B is a slick and compact device designed to fit in your pocket, which helps with mindfulness through guided breathing.
B is a bluetooth enabled device which can be connected to your device, and track your breathing.
The app will then give you data about your breathing, such as breath count an length of inhale and exhale, and insights on how to improve and become more mindful.
In our fast paced world surrounded by screens, mindfulness is becoming more nessasary. B offers a unique solution that people can take with them wherever they go.

This device is good for improving mental health to mind fulness and breathing. I think it's the best little portable device for making good breathing and minds healthy.

Yeah i agree - i really love the fact that it is so portable
Breathing is the key to a healthy living, both mind and body.
And having this up everywhere that simply supports us breathing correctly is like having a personal doctor at any time.
Yeah I totally agree! Its amazing how something essential for living can make a huge difference in terms of quality of life.
So this is a thing now, well it is a great innovation though I see patents getting even smaller and effecient, Valuable stuffs are became more handy and pocket size. With this we can handfully monitor our breathing and be more mindful to ourselves. Keep up the good hunt.
