By default, macOS just have read-only support for NTFS drives. However, the third-party NTFS for Mac solution iBoysoft NTFS for Mac breaks this limitation and empowers Mac users to interact with NTFS drives, including NTFS-formatted external hard drives, SSDs, and USB flash drives, by providing full read and write capabilities on Mac running macOS 10.13 and later versions. With this program, Mac users can transfer, edit, and manage files on NTFS drives without any limitations, enhancing cross-platform compatibility between Mac and Windows systems.

Apart from the read-write permission to NTFS drives, iBoysoft NTFS for Mac also enables Mac users to effortlessly manage NTFS drives and non-NTFS drives attached to their Macs.
