        Pros:

        1. It offers researchers the ease of getting their information faster
        2. The service has a massive support from known organizations giving users the assurance of finding reliable information.
        3. It offers analytics services that even make researchers' work more understandable
        4. It has an open source converter which gives the user the ability to convert data from one format to another.
        5. It is linked to other Google services like google docs which makes it even easier for the user to prepare their data more easily.

        Cons:
        None I could see. It is a lift rather than a burden
