Certainly, if we use the various asanas mentioned for yoga in the right way, then we can keep our body healthy to a great extent and keep it away from diseases. Mayurasana, Suryaprama postures are considered the best postures. Sometimes we also get harmed by doing the wrong exercise. The techniques mentioned in this application for exercise are actually different postures of yoga which we can make our body strong by following it properly.
