But, how it will work if someone doesnt want to pay after borrow some money?, drag him to the law?

Indonesia is the biggest agricultural country in ASIA, and we lose a lot of thing because of the goverment corruption. I mean, at 1990-s, farmer can get Free needs to make their result become bigger, and now it's suck.

We Indians experience the same problems, Here farmers are suicide themselves. If farming and farmers are not supported well that country will have to face very hard times. India's corruption ranking in world chart is not less. Let us hope a better tomorrow. Let us farm steem.
