To create a Wallet in Eos you have to pay something because the Account to work requires at least 4.00 kb of Ram and some fraction of the token assigned to Band and CPU.
If the amount of Eos required is paid, based on the price of Ram at that moment, you must choose the name consisting of 12 letters or numbers and the Account is ready.
Available an app for Android devices to manage your Wallet.
