Nexten.io is a platform that solves the problem of hiring tech experts across the globe. Most times recruiters that do not have tech background find it impossible to discuss the vital parts of a job or project with a developer.
Nexten.io is saying let tech hire tech thereby elimimating middle men. It is a great platform for both job seekers and recruiters as shown below:
.Job seekers can be discrete and choose to hide their contact details from past and current employers.
Job seekers can show off their skills by linking their repositories to profile, connecting their linkdein and can pass challenges set up to proof their abilities.
. You can set your preference whether full time, remote on-site etc.
It enables you to get jobs that matches your skill set.
Companies on the other hand can recruit developers or tech genius that match their standard.
