Steem account connection is optional on Reviewhunt.
We designed this in that way to lower the barriers for new comers from outside the Steem community.
that is smart, but do i need to make an new acc, or could I log with steem?

If you will use just the Reviewhunt, you don't need to have a Steem account at the moment. Regardless of Steemian or not, all users require to sign-up on Reviewhunt to use it just like signing-up other website. If you connect your Steem account (on your profile tab), you can have a combined HUNT wallet with Steemhunt.
