At first you need to register in it and then do different tasks or watch videos then they pay you and you can cashout via paypal or gift cards which ever you want to do it.
It's not well known as some of the others but still have a good ratings on playstore and it is available on android.

I see the reviews from different users in this app and some are good but mostly its a bad review because they don't pay to the users. I guess that this app is only selected to a certain countries so that they will pay you.
I always hate this kind of apps. It's earning amount is always very low. Sometimes it is proved as scam. So find out legal and legit apps or method for earning.
