Developers are used to work with Json data and when it comes to dummy data for testing, they will require lots of data to test out their application. Json Generator tool is an awesome tool that helps in providing dummy data for the users. For someone who is using a MongoDB, this tool is awesome because you can prepare the metadata in the left column and generate data in the right column.
While preparing the data, there is also an option available to specify how many values you will need. The first line of the code specifies "repeat" option where you can choose how many comma seperated json values you will need. While working with MongoDB. All you have to do is to bulk import this data into your database structure. There is a shell command called db.collections.insertmany() available in Mongo DB to insert buld data into your mongo database.
Earlier the developers used to insert data manually inside a database to do their testing. This can even be used for API testing as well.

Hello @bitrocker2020. The JSON generator mentioned in the reference link is the nextgen version of the tool and it is also not a free to use tool. The link that I have provided is the most used and the stable version of it. You will be able to see the difference in the links both my hunt and previous hunt has.
The previous hunt also doesn't talk much about the features of the tool. The image in the previous hunt is also incorrect and refers someone else as creators.
Great hunt by @bala41288, it helps in providing dummy data for the user, it also helps in prepared metadata in the left colunm and generate data in the right colunm through the use of mongoDB and also it is very easy to use and it can use for API testing.

You know it never occurred to me to get a json generator... I JSON.stringified a 10 000 size object json call just to not have to do the call again and load that as my data locally haha. this will definitely help. Thanx.
Ya in that case it can be a great shortcut for you. Trust me, I have been using this for the past few months and it makes my work easier.
JSON is a format widely used, maybe in more cases than XML. Easy to implement and use together with REST services, this JSON generator for sure will help us with load tests or other actions like this. Let me see if I can apply it in my work being a software tester.
Testing is the main usecase for this tool. Like you mentioned, load test is an area in which this tool can be widely used.
