Looks interesting and nice. I've never seen anything like this as most of the weather forecast stations are displaying digital numbers.
The dressing recommendation may or may not be appropriate as not everyone feels the same. Some prefer long sleeves while others can be in just a t-shirt in the same temperature.
Regardless, it's a great device, not as boring as the others.
