This is actually very important post and we have to agree that sex is an important part. Like other activities this one is also required to stay fit and healthy. I never thought of that there should be any guide like this but it's good Initiative. Since this is a very personal topic so people usually feel shy to talk about it and due to lack of knowledge they don't make the most out of it.
