It is a decentralized Wi-Fi network powered by blockchain and you (your router) to provide free Wi-Fi
There are three main components
- routers owners (providers of Wi-Fi)
- users (those who wanna access Wi-Fi)
- advertisers (those whose ads are shown to users and who pay to routers owners)

I hope it's safe too. If it is, it could give a lot more people access to WIFI without having to pay anything out of pocket. They'd pay with their attention (because of the ads) but there are a lot of people who would gladly make that trade. Cool hunt.
