it's a very interesting and useful idea. I just have a random thought. It happens sometimes that drivers go to sleep while driving and their vehicle go to ditch, river or oncoming lane. Maybe similar approach (with this "Movable arm") could be used to prevent drivers from these accidents. thanks for sharing )
