A simple tool by google to keep track of page views on your website.
You won't need to add external libraries for this.
It also works with single page page applications.
This snippet sends page views directly to the Google Analytics API. There is no need to add the Google Tag Manager and Analytics libraries anymore.
It will have positive impact on the bandwith and page speed.

After reading through the actual website, I don't think this is officially by Google, but still, what I like about this is the fact that it has a very small footprint. The advantage is that it would load extremely fast and overall increase the page load time scores.
