Hunter's comment
One Service is an app which allows one to report issues on municipal services. The idea is this app will route to related agency in charge of handling an issue.
I have use it more than a few times. It's still buggy and gave me errors many times but it does get the message across.
In August, I reported a whole rows of lights was not working near the Kallang tennis centre. The case routed to Singapore Land Authority who replied saying it may be the road widening works on Mountbatten Road that have affected connection and they have activated the contractor and may take 2 to 3 weeks to investigate. Like OMG. Flash forward to more than 1.5 months and the issue is still not fixed.
In another case, I was at McCallum Street waiting to cross the road. The traffic light turned red at the one way street for the cars to stop but the green man light didn't turn on until a long time later. I suggested they should adjust the timing.
Not long after, I got a favorable response.

Thanks for posting on Steemhunt. However, I can not approve your hunt. Reason:
5. Quality of the Post
Steemhunt is a “product hunting” site, not a writing curation site. We have a certain format that all hunters should follow when posting a product in order to make a fair/effective ranking chart. Please follow the directions below:
5-1. The field “name of product” should ONLY contain the official name of the product. Please do not include special characters such as trademark or copyright symbols in that field.
5-2. The screenshot images should ONLY be of the product itself. Please do not share descriptive images from any sites other than that of the product (e.g. App Store download page).
5-3. Do not duplicate the product name or use any non-product-specific words in the field “short description.”
5-4. Do not attach non-related screenshot images or videos.
5-5. Do not use low quality product images.
5-6. Do not share any scams, highly suspicious cryptocurrency/fin-tech, illegal products, or any type of weaponry.
5-7. Do not share porn or anything under the #nsfw category.
Please read our posting guidelines.

That is really a cool idea tho.
I think different agencies will have more work but less effort dealing with complaints.
