Glucosio is the ultimate portable diabetes test kit. Diabetes management is a confusing, tedious, and manual process for patients, especially when they are newly diagnosed. Glucosio a smartphone case integrated with a built-in glucose meter and lancet device.
Pros :
- The Glucosio Concept Makes Diabetes Management More Convenient.
- Diabetes can be safely managed using the right tools and medication, but the Glucosio concept from designer Dousan Miao has the potential to make managing the affliction as easy as pulling out one's smartphone.
- The tool would place a glucose monitor on the outside of one's smartphone case, which makes it far more aesthetically appealing than the typical devices that those with diabetes carry on a daily basis.
Cons:
- None.
As much as it isn't a pleasant part of it, diabetes is a part of someone's lifestyle when they have the condition. Rather than letting that lifestyle be dictated by stodgy, industrial devices, the Glucosio is a sleek option that helps people to take control of their disease without having to make sacrifices to their personal style and aesthetic.
