Thank you! What's really nice is that this wasn't just some product I found and posted. I actually created the site six years ago. It was a failing print publication at the time, but had a loyal following. We put a lot of care into making it something that the existing readers would feel was better than the printed page. Thankfully the overwhelming majority agreed. ☺️

Any exercise will help your body. Although the advertisement for the product is said to help you find your health, I hope you don't forget that the most important thing is your own practice.
Absolutely correct. Yoga means "union" or "to connect." When practiced properly and regularly it will naturally provide pathways to access and increase the body's ability to heal itself. It also has had lots of scientific research published that shows several ways a regular practice can prevent disease in the mind and body.
