I believe Justin sun will clean up the mess the witnesses cause with their centralization.
Remove downvoting, blacklist, etc. Also cleanup the reward pool. THe witnesses(voting bots) are using it as their personnel bank account and destroying value. Time to move on from this fail experiment.
