Two things can happen when two such artifacts are occupying the same point in the time-space continuum:
- the universe ceases to exist
- three gnomes with flower pots on their heads will materialize and start dancing on the street
The first option is much more probable :)
Or a third improbable thing --
Maybe local news will cover the event, and Luke Kuechly, famed linebacker for the local team Carolina Panthers will show up to meet the Steem Gnome.
Luke does a commercial for a Home Security company in which he pops out of nowhere and catches a lawn gnome thrown toward the glass front door of a residence by a burglar.
So you see, its a natural! Luke Keuchly is closely associated with gnomes. Just google "Luke Keuchly lawn gnome" -- its a Thing!
Then we have a probability of 1 - the Universe is saved :)
