Hello everyone,

i am vinaykumarr, medico from India . Today I want to to tell you about BREAST CANCERS . This is my first post in steem it and i hope you will like my work.

DESCRIPTION

One of the most important and unique feature of breast cancer is that it is the only cancer which has a very good prognosis( outcome). So I think my post can create some awareness among the you, so that atleast a life can be saved.

AETIOLOGY

Breast cancer is a serious issue and some of the important points regarding it are:

1) It is the most common cause of death in middle aged women.

2)Most common in the western world.

3) Alcohol increases the risk.

CAUSES

There is no specific cause for breast cancer and according to many hypothesis following are the factors related to breast cancer:

1) OBESITY

2)ALCHOHOL

3)ENDOCRINE

4)FAMILIAL

PREVENTION

some of the causes can be prevented just by changing the lifestyle and some cannot be prevented, but no need to worry as what might be the cause, early detection can cure breast cancer.

1) Changing lifestyle

a) Healthy food:

• Avoid junk food
• Avoid food contain high calories
• Take fresh vegetable and fruits.

b) Exercise: As obesity is one of the crucial factor that increase the incidence of breast cancer, sedentary lifestyle should be avoided.

Keep yourselves active all the time, do some exercises, keep yourself fit and lead a healthy life

2) Early detection :

Early detection is the most simplest and most important thing in the diagnosis of the breast conditions.

To all the women in the world, Just feel your breast while taking a shower , if you find any lump or discharge or any abnormality kindly consult a Doctor.

Many of you might be in love with her for her beauty, but after knowing this you will her as a good person.

To create awareness among the women in the world, she underwent mastectomy as a prophylactic measure..as she has a chance of getting breast cancer due to a familial acquired gene linked to breast cancer.
