  • Get off the line off attack.
  • Don't back peddle in a straight line use angles.
  • Keep moving! Nothing says you have to wait for the attack.
  • In training keep calm and focus on what you are doing. 
  • Start slow at first. Then work on flow. Safety Safety Safety!
