I totally agree that organic growth on Steemit is the best approach and don't support vote buying. This initiative will be very helpful to new Steemians and you have a new follower. Will be keeping an eye on this project and perhaps contribute or send people your way. Thanks for starting this.

Once the strategy is defined and the logo created, I'll publish and introduction of the new account, informing about the concrete plans.
What I can promise already is that everything will be focussed on talent research and making quality a priority on steemit again. To me, that's the only way to go.
