This looks like a great overhaul to steemgigs.org and all ulog related categories. I had noticed that the ulog editors in some of the subtags had not been working well. I wonder if it is part of all this re-designing and adding of features.
All the tasks that you have listed here look great to me. It will add more functionality and appeal to the whole steemgigs experience.
