#STEEMGIGS: (un(dis)talented) — ULOG: DAY 4 - MY PHOTO CHALLENGE ENTRY
My #ulog for today is about my entry on photocontest initiated by @juliank.
PAELLA VALENCIANA
According to wikipedia.org, it is believed to be the original recipe and consists of white rice, green beans, meat, white beans, snails, and seasonings such as saffron and rosemary. According to tradition in Valencia, paella is cooked over an open fire, fueled by orange and pine branches along with pine cones. This produces an aromatic smoke which infuses the paella. Also, dinner guests traditionally eat directly out of the paellera.
I took this picture the last time I ate in Alqueria Restaurante SM Megamall Branch through my smartphone iphone 6 plus.
