4 Storey School Building
United Nations 4 Storey Building 15 classrooms. Upon checking, this contractor provided so much information that bothered me he even gave us permission to do soil tests. The most suspicious of all is he's telling us he have ties with the president. Here's the photo of the "school"
In the end we proved that this is a 120M pesos scam or equivalent to $2.5M USD.
Subdivision (Over pricing)
We were invited to a bid on a subdivision development near our city. The bid was for the houses and the land development. Each house is 2-storey and the smallest one have a total lot area of 100sqm.
Selling prices will range from 2.2M to 10M pesos.
And the COST for building each one will range from 500,000 to 1.2M only.
Conclusion
Be careful out there, in the world of construction industry this pretty much ordinary. Im sad this is the norm in our contry I hope we can change this.
