We learned the terrifying truth about our industry in our country, the revenue for each construction development is more than 100% crippling the house owners for life mortgage. Home is where we should feel safe the most but should it come to a cost equal to a lifetime of payment? 

We vowed to create our own construction company to drive down the ridiculous prices and provide safe homes for those who needs them the most.
