#STEEMGIGS: Till Today, I Learned How To Use New Diagnostic Technique!
I am a farmer, a proud one at that. I studied mechanical engineering but I consider farming as noble profession, human must eat in other to express humanity in them.
So I checked to see how far my garden is doing, what I saw was a mixture of joy and sadness. I travelled for about one week, I left my vegetables in the hands of neighbors, I pleaded with them to help me wet the vegetables, at least once in 24 hours.
Considering the fact that Ugu (Fluted Pumpkin) is the most vulnerable to lack of water, I was surprised that these vegetables were still alive when I returned.

This really got attacked by disease before my return, I spent significant time looking for remedy on internet. In one of the websites that I visited, it was explained that the vegetable is suffering from stress due to erratic water supply. How did I know this? I found a super fantastic diagnostic tool!

During my search, I came across a powerful application called Plantix. It is an app that allows farmers to take pictures of affected plants, then upload. They allow farmers to make use of their artificial intelligence to diagnose the disease, give instruction about cure and prevention. This app is super fantastic, and I stumbled on it via internet.
## How To Use Plantix
#### Step One

Take a good picture of the plant leave, stem, roots or branches. In fact, any affected part of the plants or you may take pictures of entire plant if it is vegetable.
#### Step Two

Upload the pictures to the plantix server, it will be share with the rest of the community throughout the world. They connect farmers and you can interact with them easily, you may even find good partners or collaboration. Everyone on the platform is willing to help, this is the beauty of the app.
#### Step Three
)
Check the library for many useful information with respect to your crop, it is like a database where farmers can read about many things. I spent so much time there!
#### Extras

Majority of farmers depend on rainfall for water, without it nothing get done on the farm. As a matter of fact, weather report is important in this profession.
Plantix is a game changer for farmers and garders.
I don't know about tomorrow, but today I learned.

I take every moment of my life very serious and I try to squeeze juices out of it by learning new things or expanding existing knowledge that I have.
