Cielo RestoBar opens its doors in September 2013 with a team specialized in cooking and with the fundamental idea of offering a new gastronomic concept in the beautiful city of Mérida - Venezuela.
Cielo RestoBar has strived to become a reference in the national and international gastronomic scene. We want our guests to be able to taste excellent dishes, which are mostly made with ingredients from the Andean region and prepared with experts in cooking. Our job is and always will be to satisfy our visitors by offering a recreational environment that allows the consumer to feel in a place full of joy, music and healthy food.
The letter of Cielo RestoBar, is defined as the interpretation of a modern kitchen in which the dishes offered are from mergers of the ancestral kitchens, taking this concept to an author's kitchen.

I have tried to take part in gastronomic tours before and I want to say that my last trip was one of the best in my life for many reasons. First of all it was the secret food tours, which opened up Lisbon to me in a new way. (I have been to Lisbon before but I was not very impressed). I advise you to try it too.
