It really depends if you prioritise service or no, I observed that the manager are always on their feet, delegating server to serve food orderly, quickly and efficiently at the right time, which cuts down on the waiting time. However I was there when there was a little crowd, not sure if the preformence is the same when a larger crowd is dining here. One more plus point is that you will have a very kind and friendly manager which I find really comfortable to communicate with. It’s definitely more costly compare to lower scale Chinese restaurants, but you are paying for the much more comfortable atmosphere.
