For me not all savoury food can take away a whole day stress at work, I usually love to hangout with either friends or family at dessert cafe as I find the interior decoration much more relaxing, the background music is calming too. Apart from the place itself, sweet stuff for me do help me release some stress( I think many people will agree with me). Therefore I have tried this dessert cafe and would like to share with all my steemit reader!!

MATCHA MOLTEN LAVA CAKE

Matcha lovers, I think you would love this. But first some FOODPORN!!!

Just look at that velvet centre!! I don't think I have to say much, but for the sake of making you salivate more I will descriptive in detail! For me this cake had 3 interesting layers. First, the outer layer which is the crust which is so crunchy and flavourful, it has a wonderful caramelize taste to it. Just imagine the top layer of a brownie. The middle layer, is sponge and fluffy. Lastly, the core layer, the molten part. Very velvet, strong matcha flavour and of course very appealing to the eye. Love how they balance the temperature by serving the hot cake with cold vanilla ice cream!! Th sweetness is nicely balance with the strawberry at the side. ( yes strawberry here is sour). Price : 22.90 MYR (5.90 USD)

The texture is exactly same as the matcha lava cake, but ofcourse with chocolate flavour. This is also served with ice cream, and like above its nicely pair with the freshly baked lava cake!! Price: 22.90 MYR(5.90 USD)

PANDAN TOAST WITH COCONUT ICE CREAM

I just think justice is not serve if I don't all my dear reader see what inside this white snowy block! So here it is

The loaf it self it's so addictive, the texture is just mind blowing although its not hard to make but it has to be done rightly. The exterior has a nice toasty flavour paired with a prefect crusty texture while maintaining a light and fluffy interior. The toast is spread with Kaya, a local delicacy. Kaya is a jam made from pandan leaf, coconut cream, and egg yolk, sometimes palm sugar. With the Kaya, the coconut ice cream serve at the side works well together. All the ice cream served here dessert a try by its own, creamy, smooth, and full flavour despite whatever flavour you choose! Price: 21.90MYR( 5.60USD)

They do serve other dessert item such as dessert drinks, custard and pancakes. I feel that all of this deserves a try !!

MY THOUGHTS

definitely a great place to hangout and chill with friends and family either to release stress, or just for a family outing. Many varieties of dessert, although it's nothing new to many people but none the less it is prepare perfectly! If you are not a sweet person you can stop by for coffee too. Price wise it's abit costly, but remember you are also paying for the atmosphere.
