So wait if if i flag something i have to send it as a memo to you correct? How do i know what things to flag? Seems like every posts is upvoted by atleast 1 bot! Also does my flags even do something if my voting power is so low?!

    You don't have to but it helps in case the script doesn't pick it up.

    If possibly, it's best to wait until your voting power is back especially if the post has a pending payout.
