1000% or even 5000% voting weight may be better for "quality" posting and reducing spam
What about introducing 1000% or even 5000% voting weight so that (if you want) you can use up your VP just for one voting per day or even per 5 days?
Let's be honest. Who can make a good post even once per day? But most users are posting everyday or even more frequently just for voting. This isn't also good for curation.
Even one posting per day is already too much! especially for people who can write a good post.
Are you worrying 5000% self voting once per 5 days?
Especially in the new world with quite active downvoting, I don't see any reason for not allowing more than 100% voting weight.
It'd be much better for both "quality" posting and reducing spam.
If you don't like someone posting 10 times a day, make it unnecessary.

But there should be a max since steem is run by 7day rolling bases. One cannot vote more than using up all their voting powere

Thanks for your comment, and that's exactly why i mentioned 5000%. current total max vp is kind of 5000%. Each 100% vote reduces total VP by 2%. 5 days for full recovery. That's why we have 100% 10 times per day on average.
And it's relative not absolute even for now. if your current VP is less than 2%, voting with 100% doesn't make your next VP negative.
But you have a point there. many things need to be considered well.
I even want one voting per week :) but due to 5 day VP regeneration, currently it needs more change, so I chose 5000%.

This is somewhat how @dtube's Avalon chain works. You can bank your voting power as long as you want and spread it out in as many or as few votes as you like.
I think it would be a great addition to the chain.
