Isn't one of the rules right niw that the max effective delegated Steem Power is 1 ?
That one would need to be modified first for anyone's antes to be different wouldn't it ?

One can actually join the game by anteing less than one SP, because there is no minimum.
Not that I expect there to be a lot of players who are interested in engaging who delegate less than 1 SP, but it's theoretically possible. Or, in the future, someone could modify the maximum delegation power to a higher number and only some of the players might adopt that.
This is the fun of designing rules which can be exploited in the future!
