My Vision for the World

I don’t want to change everything about the world, because many things are spectacularly great, with infinite value, just the way they are. These are the reasons the world should be saved.

My vision to change the world starts with us recognizing that there is a problem. It is to not be overwhelmed by the problem, to not be afraid of what might, or might not happen, or of what is happening. It is to simply admit the problem is real, it is serious, and it is in our hands.

Strategy 1: Defeat Lies with Truth
Here are some lies:

1. Unspeakable horrific things are not actually happening. (They are.)
2. The people running the world are too powerful to stop. (Not true.)
3. Not just anyone can call out bullshit and stand up to it. (Absolutely anyone can.)

These sort of lies have a lot of power when people believe them. But when people see them compared to the truth, the lies don’t have power anymore. So we continue to spread the truth, and enable people to spread the truth. And this is already changing the world.

One area in the world that needs truth is about our military and our military budget. The truth is, it was not an anomaly that the recently US “lost” a billion dollars’ worth of weapons, while at the same time openly funding terrorists, while at the same time sending more of our heavily armed troops to these now very well-armed areas. This is standard operating procedure.
We (the US) spends an obscene fortune developing and building all sorts of weapons, and we distribute these globally. Certainly, we distribute them to terrorist groups in the Middle East. We make sure different groups are well armed.

Many of our soldiers who survive these conflicts return home with serious physical, mental, and emotional injuries. I read that five times more soldiers die of suicide after they return from active service than die in it.

I envision that instead of killing themselves, veterans report back to us what they learned, even if it was that our soldiers are betrayed; that they are setup into committing war crimes against people who are no threat to the US. We send tens of thousands of troops to murder and be murdered, to devastate cities and countries. Mass-scale, gladiator-style entertainment. Some sort of really nasty joke.

If we expose the nature of our military conflicts, people might refuse to enlist. People who are in active service might not re-enlist, until we no longer have a standing army. Our leaders will not send our soldiers to kill and be killed if we don’t have soldiers.

Similarly, to the armed groups around the world, please pay attention to who is arming you, and what has happened to the people they've provided arms to before you. Don’t play their games. This particular game has been going on for a very long time. Catch on already. The object of this game is to destroy you. Do not accept their weapons or training.

Instead, look at the example of people who have defeated this same group of criminals. How did India throw off British rule? Non-violent resistance. Defeat evil with good. It sounds strange, but it has worked even against these very people, and it is arguably the only strategy that has worked. Look around you. What do you have to lose by trying a strategy that has actually worked?

We don’t need armies. We can respect boundaries and negotiate win-win trades between groups like the reasonable, civilized people we have the potential to be.

At that point, all of these people who are not in serving in the military will be available to instead focus their attention on improving their communities and nations from the inside. There is a very long list of places that could benefit from this.

When that group of veterans went to Standing Rock in North Dakota, to support the protesters there, I understand the people who were there attacking the protesters refused to attack the veterans. They discovered that they do have a choice to obey orders or not. They simply hadn’t crossed the line before where this became obvious to them. But it is always the case for anyone that we chose what we will do, and we are responsible for our choices.

We have not been created for nothing.

We will help journalists provide the true free press which we need. That propaganda excuse for a main-stream media will get the shame it deserves.

We will throw out the current, ridiculously fraudulent central banking system and use real money, which we control.
We will work together to remake our education system, and set providing our next generations with real educations as high a priority as real food and clean water.

And urgently important, we will expose and remove the establishments which run our medical and pharmaceutical industries, and the FDA. These have gone out-of-control with corruption, profiting from destroying people’s health. It might be that if some of the cases where people are charged with growing plants for their own use, even to save their own lives, were appealed up to the supreme court, these completely unreasonable laws might get changed. These laws are clearly at odds with our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. They should go. We will work together to set up new systems to provide us with health-care options which are not for-profit, as that unfortunately comes with a severe conflict of interest, and this is not an area where that can be tolerated. It will always be allowed for people to choose to use the new systems, or to make their own decisions about their own health from any available options. No more war on drugs, or on health.

We know the difference between right and wrong. When we also know that any of us can stand up to corruption around us, we will end it. Friends don’t let friends murder our neighbors. Stop us sucker. You can't.
