What a day, what a day!

First of all (beside all of the amazing Steemfest 3 experiences) Kris was extremely happy about some of the few drones shots which you will be able to see in the video - quite some unique drone shots of the location. Haha, only after that we got to know that it is apparently illegal to fly the drone in the area.

It was the official Day 1 of Steemfest and we already woke up with hangover.
The bonus was that we had to speak at 11:30, haha. Well, in the end it went very well and it was an amazing learning experience for us. It was the first time we spoke in front of such a large audience. Actually, we have no idea how large the audience was as everyone was wearing headsets and possibly listening from different corners of the room or even bathroom.

Anyhow, after our speech quite a few people approached us and we had some great conversations from @bubke, @jhsung2002, @ramengirl, @happadai and many more. Not to mention that we got to meet some amazing new people passionate about travel as well. And you know, when you find someone who shares the same passion, and is on steem, how can you not hang out and become buddies?
After the official part a gorgeous dinner followed. Hands down for @roelandp, the venue was amazing, starting from the food and finishing with the equipment for presentations. I mean, he's the hero, really.

After the dinner we went bowling, and there you have our bowling team in all its beauty - @felix.herrmann , @sambillingham and 2x @travellit, lol! 😀 We are not the best bowlers but we definitely are the most fun, or at least we think so! 😀

I mean, if you have to flip a coin because you did not realize you are even playing and though you are just practicing and having fun with the Japanese team... yea, we probably are not bowling experts!
We also had some photobooth fun and after the event we decided to embrace the foggy night in Krakow and spent like 2 hours wandering around the city. Lack of sleep is nothing new among the steemfest attendees so we just went with it!

That's about it from Conference Day 1, we are flying to Thailand in a couple of hours and we'll catch up from there! Kris is just about to start editing of Day 2 and we hope we can get it up by the end of tomorrow!
