Smell the Roses-Week 1

The day begins and we do not think. Alone, we take care of the initial tasks of getting up and preparing for the new day. Some with more responsibilities than others, such as family members, children, parents, etc., some with more problems than others, as well as economic, moral, social and / or mental, but no matter how busy, stressed, pending or hurried we are, always comes the moment ... the opportunity ... the space ... the now ..., where the imagination meets the special company of ourselves.

We think:

What would we do IF ...?
What would happen IF ...?

All those aspects in a parallel world that temporarily solve many problems. A fact, we turn it into a fantasy, where our super powers solve everything, and we convert a fact that affects us, in a complete plot in the style of a great novel or movie in the style of Hollywood.

So, in that conversation with ourselves, we return to reality and no matter how fantastic that moment IF... or the time we spent in that space IF... we look for the solution to some of the situations that have affected us in the deepest part of our being.

What happened after?

In fact, at that moment, we try to solve our problems or those of others in an imaginary way, also giving opportunity to feelings like desires, dreams and injustices, among other things. This situation, seen in different ways, we can explain how the Existence of a disconnection from reality, or also say the Existence of a connection with ourselves, the truth is that regardless of the point of view by which we try to understand it , undoubtedly what happened at that moment IF ... it was a wonderful situation that we should not deprive ourselves, then testing this Existence of the moment IF ..., at least once a week or at best daily

Making sure of this way of enjoying "Smelling the roses" ...
