RE: Humble Giants
I remember before shazam there was a local radio station that was asking for expensive SMSes so it returns the name of the song and the performer name. Good that unfair line of business had been ended by Shazam! Then it created a new line or lines of business. No energy is lost in nature as some say.
Wow. So good we have Shazam now. Greedy punks!
No way! Has there really been such a thing? This is such a mean, such a nasty way to make money off people's interest. Because music basically saves lives. I know this best.
I don't know what the point of Shazam is now to keep this service free, but as they say, I don't give a damn.😃
And you're right, there's no waste in ways to make money, one thing leads to another, and the most unscrupulous people know how to take advantage of people's needs.
They show ads and redirect to certain musical providers, so it is a business model, I don't know how profitable though.
