TRy to connect admin like @blocktrade he is active right now I saw him commenting in a blog... or try on @ned also maybe they can help you get back your money it is not easy to earn that kind of amount of money I just think you should get it back for your daughter I am a mom too and I know how it feels...
Thank you, @mae09, but i have tried already connect to @blacktrade (no reaction - and what can he do?) I also made a new post in github, but the answer of Michael Vandeberg was: "... Unfortunately, once the funds are sent, we have no power to undo the transfer..." I think the reaction of @ned would be the same. Anyway, nice to get your support, it helps me a lot ;-)

The steem blockchain is a decentralized platform; neither @ned nor anyone else at Steemit has the ability to reverse or undo any transactions (including transfers, but also posts and comments and votes) on the blockchain.
No rules, no blocking accounts, no recovering passwords, no settings, nothing?? Are you sure? Probably you have mixed it with Hackers Heaven ) The only thing, that is really absent here - is Support.
By the way.. From Terms of Use Steemit: "... 7.2. If you are obligated to indemnify us, we will have the right, in our sole discretion, to control any action or proceeding (at our expense) and determine whether we wish to settle it..."
