I am really like to know another country culture, tradition, wonderful place , food, nature etc
Most article on steemit are written on english, maybe there are some people that like steem and they can write good content, but they can not write english fluently :=0

Of course you are absolutely right about that. Hopefully we'll have whales for every language one day. Some enterprising translators have been making the white paper for other languages, that's a great start. Popular content creators could do some deals with translators to publish their content in other languages and repost.
