@Onyemacourage made it to our Steemit online training. A true source of inspiration

So I invited @onyemacourage to train friends and followers from Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram on how to be successful on Steemit. It was indeed a refreshing time for us, though I have shown them the little I know about Steemit but it was so inspiring when @onyemacourage shared his experience with us.

Here are some of the things he shared during the question and answer segment

THE CHALLENGES HE WENT THROUGH IN HIS EARLY DAYS ON STEEMIT

He said "I joined Steemit November last year and I was so Keen about the platform. My first earning was 0.01 and I was so excited about that" this is very significant because for some people, that alone can discourage them, he also shared with us how he found it challenging to come online at times because of funds but something kept him going, the little earning from Steemit for him is better than 1000 likes on other platforms. He said we should always try to find out the time things were not easy and get inspired by that.
"WHEN I MAKE A POST AND GET NOTHING, I DON'T FEEL BAD BECAUSE I HAD A REALISTIC GOAL."

HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF STEEMIT
"Steemit is a relationship platform, identify with those that has good reputation and steem power and always comment and relate with them, most of them will follow you back. Also find out tags that are trendy and identify the ones you are good at. Don't choose a trendy tag that you are not good at eg don't use the tag #bitcoin when you are not an expert in bitcoin trade.
Spend more time on other people's post, go to feed and comment on peoples post, if you cant upvote because of your voting power make a reasonable comment after reading the post.

CONCLUSION
Lastly, Steemit was built to offer value, offer value in what you can do. If you can't write you can act, you can do a short video of what you know e.g you can do a video of how cloths are made and post them on Steemit. Almost everyone who is earning something has something to offer.
Even if you do a video or write-up and you didn't make anything from it, don't feel bad, keep doing what you are doing and do it consistently.
