Sustainable Housing on the NEM Blockchain {powered by RocketShoes}

Students at Wooranna Park Primary School have been developing 3D printed sustainable houses using TinkerCad. After completion of the CAD files this week, the students utilised RocketShoes to store and prove ownership over their work.

This fully functional 3D printed house costs around 92926XEM (at time of writing) to print and live in.

Because of the immutable nature of the NEM Blockchain — and the distributed reliability of IPFS, the files that the students have created this week for their sustainable houses can be recalled at any time in the future and 3D printed using the same technology as the house in the video.

The uploading of the .STL files was made super easy by the RocketShoes mobile DApp. The students used their school google apps credentials for SSO and were able to upload their files within seconds!
